The Vincent Hotel

The Vincent Hotel in Southport is a unique lifestyle hotel and stunning wedding venue, and situated on Lord Street, Southport’s Parisienne Boulevard.

Perfect Blinds was directly involved with the hotel project from concept to completion with the Owner, Architects and Construction Company. The main restaurant features expansive glass window areas throughout and internal and external solar protection was needed to reduce internal heat and sun glare.

We specified and installed Bandalux Premium Plus Roller blinds for wide-spanning windows with wired motorisation, allowing all sun shades to be operated independently or together. Bandalux Polyscreen fabric with 10% openness was chosen for each blind to maintain uniformity. Each blind was custom screen printed to display The Vincent’s logo.

We specified and installed Bandalux Full Cassette Motorised Sun Awningsto combat external sun glare. Again, the awning’s fabric blind was custom screen printed to display the hotel’s unique logo. The project was completed on time and within budget.
